To the center of the city in the night, waiting for you.

Music has always been there - wherever I need it. And when I moved to Yorkshire and I found out that most of my favourite bands are from here - it makes me feel like destiny put me here on purpose.

Against the common belief it is not that easy to spot the fog here.

I was taught to look for the symmetry in the photography, though I couldn't pass that mental barrier to see the beauty of the lines and mathematical simplicity in the frame.

Associated with the sun, a phoenix obtains new life by arising from the ashes of its predecessor.

Long time ago I did a session in a derelict building in Kazimierz, Cracow.

It took me 10 years until I scanned negatives from that session.

I would be very happy to have another occasion to take similar photos.

This session was my milestone point - it changed everything in my way of doing things with camera.

It was shot with analogue cameras, Kodak B&W negatives for C-41 process (good old days).

They were only scanned to raw files and later converted to .png format for this website, no digital processing whatsoever. You can notice all dust and micro damages - I like these pictures as they are now.

While I was behind the camera - in front of it was very patient Grzesiek. Some shoots required to get dirty and cold as it was late Autumn. Thanks to this great man for his sacrifice.
